- Time for sleep and rest should be observed between 10 pm. and 10 am. Parties are not allowed in the apartments.
- The Management is not responsible for the loss of valuables and other personal possessions during your stay. The Management is not responsible for valuables and other personal possesions left behind in the apartments after check-out.
- Taifas apartments is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is allowed in the attic terraces and certain apartments only. If you would like an apartment in which you can smoke, let the Management know at the time of reservation. If not, the management will assume that you understand and accept the policy that smoking in the common areas of the building and in the apartments is not permitted. Smoking in the building and/or in the non-smoking apartments will incur in a penalty of 25 to 100 euros.
