Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled in writing, via email by clicking here or by fax at + 34 958 228975.
The reservation security deposit is fully reimbursed if the reservation is cancelled 15 days before the check-in time.
A one-night rate will be charged if a reservation is cancelled between 14 and 5 days before the check-in time.
The reservation security deposit will not be reimbursed to the guest if the reservation is cancelled between four days before the check-in time and at check-in time.
