Key Pick-Up & Security Deposit

Key Pick-Up

A set of keys will be given to the guest at check-in time. There will be a charge of 30 euros for lost keys. This charge will be deducted from the security deposit.

Securiy Deposit

If payments are made in cash, a 150 euro security deposit will be required at check-in time for possible repair and/or lost key costs. The security deposit will be returned to the guest if the apartment is in good condition at check-out time.
If payment is made by credit card, no cash security deposit will be necessary. In this case, any repair and/or restitution cost will be charged to the credit card.
