Apartment Conditions

The apartment will be in optimal condition, clean, and fully equipped at check-in time, and the guest has to make sure the apartment is in the same check-in condition at check-out time. The guest is responsible for the good condition of the apartment. This includes the care and good maintenance of furniture, electrodomestics, walls, kitchen ware, bed clothes, towels, etc.)
An inventory list is available for every apartment. If the guest finds something missing, please contact the Management within 24 hours.
If anything breaks and/or does not work, please contact the Management immediately.
