- The apartment will be in optimal condition, clean, and fully equipped at check-in time, and the guest has to make sure the apartment is in the same check-in condition at check-out time. The guest is responsible for the good condition of the apartment. This includes the care and good maintenance of furniture, electrodomestics, walls, kitchen ware, bed clothes, towels, etc.)
- An inventory list is available for every apartment. If the guest finds something missing, please contact the Management within 24 hours.
- If anything breaks and/or does not work, please contact the Management immediately.
